Are you working with the Migrations team at Stripe? If not, can you elaborate a bit more on what you're doing specifically and how it's being done?
I haven't contacted the migrations team yet. I'm just clearing up a few questions before going into this process.
I see. I'm not really sure about what can/can't be done these days during migrations, so it's best to work with them. As far as I can recall, Subscriptions cannot be migrated, but they would have current state about that, so you would want to double-check with our support folks:
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support center provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
I can't get in contact with discord, does it have to be by email then?
Correct. I wish I could help, but this chat is focused on developers and API integration questions. The support folks have a workflow for escalating questions to the migrations team.
