I think I set up all requirement for collecting VAT

which included in the price.

but when I try to pay that with in UK address

It doesn't calculate the VAT(UK tax).....

is there anything else I need to check for setting the VAT?

That looks right to me. Unfortunately I am not that familiar with setting this up in the dashboard like that. If you reach out to our support team, they should have a better idea on how to get VAT to show up there properly https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
