Nothing specific I can think of that generally. Our test mode does a good job simulating live mode behavior and delays. As long as you have thoroughly tested things in test mode it should just work in live. Can you tell me more about what your app does?

it's an app like netflix but it offers mensual and anual suscription I'm worry especifly about taxes, what happend if server crash and the webhooks does not work things like that.

If you are using Stripe Tax, that will work in live the same as in test mode.

For webhooks, if any part of the delivery fails, whether it is Stripe or your server, Stripe will keep trying to send the webhook for 72 hours and we will backfill any events that we missed sending out. Down times/delays from Stripe really don't happen much and we backfill them quickly so they are very reliable https://stripe.com/docs/webhooks/best-practices#events-and-retries
