I believe what we offered before that aligns with what you're looking was referred to as an Extension, but those have been deprecated and Stripe Apps are taking their place.

Hmm okay, than I will look into that. Still in my head the app store is more of an extension to add something to Stripe instead of building an external tool with data from Stripe

I'm not the most familiar with Stripe Apps, but they do list being able to bring Stripe data into other products as one of their benefits.
