If it helps, the docs say:

return_url string
If you are handling next actions yourself, pass in a return_url. If the subsequent action is redirect_to_url, this URL will be used on the return path for the redirect.

and I'm not handling it myself, so I don't know if passing the redirect_url does anything?

Should I not be passing a redirect_url and just handling it as a 3D secure modal? Is there a chance the user is not redicted using confirmCardPayment
