You can't do this using direct or destination charges, you need to use separate charges and transfer to achieve this scenario. You can follow this guide below:

Hi. I am aware of charges and transfers, but most of the users of our solution use direct/destination charges and I thought I might have missed something from the docs.
Charges and Transfers are an option, but some of the users can't use that because they are not in the supported rehlgions for separate charges and transfers. Is there another workaround for direct/destination charges?
