Ah I can see that you're using Stripe Express that doesn't have full access. I'm not sure where you see "talk to us" previously, but you can contact support at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email

I created a stripe connect account through github sponsors, but it is still showing pending verification
You probably should reach out to GitHub since they are the service provider and has your account information
