you know, i did that. then got told to manually verify, sent in my info and now im back at square one because i got tossed around again
im just wondering how the hell does the automatic verification system doesn't recognise the Kiwi Access card
https://kiwiaccess.co.nz/ < even on the website about it it states that its national ID so idk why the verification system isnt taught to recognise those cards as ID
My assumption is that Stripe doesn't see that as sufficient evidence by itself, since we don't currently list it as an acceptable form of ID: https://stripe.com/docs/acceptable-verification-documents
I wish I had a better answer for you, but we're software developers and don't have much context about compliance/regulatory requirements.

because the New Zealand 18+ card was approved before but they changed it to Kiwi Access
Unfortunately not via this channel. Support should have workflows for making requests on the macro scale, but I think that they're probably already looked into Kiwi Access and determined there needs to be more verification docs. Again, I'm not totally sure what current-state looks like for this type of stuff.
