When you reverse transfers it reverses in proportion to the amount you refund. See: https://stripe.com/docs/api/refunds/create#create_refund-reverse_transfer

If you want to reverse the full amount, then you would want to use a separate API call to reverse the transfer instead of reversing it with the Refund API call
