from my platform when i click pay...it brings me to the stripe checkout page -> then I select FPX, key in email, select bank and Name, when I click "Pay"

it brings me to this page

after that nothing happens, it redirects back to the stripe checkout

Okay yeah, as far as I can tell, the bank here isn't handling the redirect from us correctly. What you want to do is to reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and provide them with the full details of what is happening. Then they can investigate further and reach out to this bank if they aren't handling the redirect to their site for the FPX authentication.

but they are asking me to contact the banks directly

Ah yeah that may be necessary if you are the actual customer of the bank.

Sometimes the bank won't speak to folks who aren't actually customers.

Are you seeing this happen in your integration with any other banks?
