I don't think that will be easy to accomplish since a single Payment Intent can have multiple associated Charges that each failed for their own reason. Oh, that export seems to export Charges rather than Payment Intents (sorry, we aren't too familiar with exporting and reporting in the dashboard as we primarily work with our API).
