Hi 👋 I'm not seeing the options there to use a test bank account, so I suspect that you're trying to enter details for a newly created Stripe account. We don't allow non-real bank accounts to be added to Stripe accounts that have the potential to become fully functional accounts. Can you elaborate on the scenario that you're trying to test?

yes that is an new account, but I have another account on which cross border payouts are not working, on this account I'm almost done,
can we use same bank account of two different stripe accounts?
