Yes I am refunding to a end-customer
in that case, the $100 is deducted from your platform account when you refund the PaymentIntent/Charge. To help you cover that, you can choose to reverse each of those $20 and $70 transfers via https://stripe.com/docs/api/transfer_reversals first , to bring that money back into your platform.
