I guess remi-stripe's answer kind of answers my question. Would be great to be able to receive different payment intents in different "states"

Yeah, I see that one of my colleague has already answered your question, the Team working on that repository will take that into account as they monitor also that repo's issue, and if there will be some new you'll get in that Repo. You just need to follow it 🙂
