Looks like this prepaid card doesn't support 3DS, so 3DS failed.

I am using the 3ds supported rule and the supported flag is set so it is weird.

Is it possible to allow these payments to go through while requesting 3D secure if possible

Previously I thought that these cards that said they supported 3D secure but really don’t are suppose to still have liability shift and payment still is successful because they don’t support 3D secure properly
