if you are not in UK or USA, you need to request an invite:

so that you can get access to both test and live mode envs

When I click "request an invite". The page doesn't show up.

If I just want to test mode. Am I must be in UK, USA, or the countries list one the link?

In order to get access you need to be in one of the countries listed yeah:

So if my company doesn't located these countries, i couldn't use stripe API in test mode 🤔

You can't use Stripe issuing API, yes even in test mode

That's will be a big issue. I'm in Taiwan, is there a better way for my developer can create a prototype? Or we must register a company in these countries?

In that case, I invite you to reach out to support at https://support.stripe.com/contact, but I think you need to have a company in these countries. Sorry I can't help further as this isn't a technical integration Question
