hi! yes, you'd look at/retrieve the related payment_intent and from there the latest_charge which has payment_method_details with all the information

There is no documentation, but the dashboard shows the endpoint 🙈

/v1/notes? that is a dashboard only thing

you can not access those notes programmatically

yeah it's been a feature request from the time the dashboard added the functionality but unfortunately has never been prioritised. You can use metadata instead but that's not so intuitive to the non-devs using your dashboard to remember to use instead of the intuitive notes
