Can you share the subscription ID (sub_xxx)?
For example:
sub_1M3yybJyzw5wjrC2Kt7aCEDq
- I've bought Light plan - in_1M5OxSJyzw5wjrC2IlUxLFOo
- I've used some limits from that plan
- I've downgraded Light plan to Free - in_1M5P7KJyzw5wjrC2IzhlChih (limits normal)
- I've upgraded Free plan to Light plan again (fo 0 dollars) - in_1M5P9GJyzw5wjrC2bMzGxyTv
My limits were refreshed
Can you share what you meant by limits?
Based on the subscription and invoices you provided, they look fine to me. What is your expected behaviour?
Limits of available records are the some our internal stuff, they are based on current plan
Free plan has 50 records limit
Light plan has 1000 records limit
And so on
We're expecting to receive 15 dollars, when user is upgrading back to the Light plan.
I see! Based on sub_1M3yybJyzw5wjrC2Kt7aCEDq
- Customer started with a free plan: in_1M3yybJyzw5wjrC2RZo04exv
- Customer was upgraded to Light plan and charged $15: in_1M5OxSJyzw5wjrC2IlUxLFOo
- Customer was downgraded to free plan and the unused amount was credit to customer balance [0]: in_1M5P7KJyzw5wjrC2IzhlChih
- Customer was upgraded to Light plan again and the amount was charged from the the credits in customer balance [0]: in_1M5P9GJyzw5wjrC2bMzGxyTv
Customer actually paid for Step 4, just that the amount is paid using customer balance. You may refer to Applied balance in the dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/invoices/in_1M5P9GJyzw5wjrC2bMzGxyTv
