hi so i see on this page https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts the table with 10 days, 2 years, 90 days etc.

on my platform i want to have a minimum payout threshold that the connected account must reach before allowing them to withdraw the funds. im looking for clarity about if these times represent maximums to that (for example, if a connected account from usa has a balance thats below the minimum threshold for my platform but that balance sits there for over 2 years, what happens then? do they automatically get sent the funds at that point?)
