hello! to clarify, you want to have a radar rule automatically add the card number, ip address and email used for a transaction that was blocked to the block list?
Yes I basically want the customer information's to be banned if he ever got a blocked transaction so he couldn't try again with similar information
I realized most of my disputes all have previous blocked transactions so I want to deny them to try again
hmmm, that's not automatically possible i'm afraid. The only thing that's possible right now is to block the card number as far as I can tell : support.stripe.com/questions/block-a-specific-credit-card-from-being-accepted. If you want, you're going to have to manually add the other information to the block list

no, as far as i know, there's no such feature to automatically also block the ip and email at the same time you block a transaction
