are you specifically asking where to find the fees in the Stripe object?
ahh.. missed the dispute fee against the balance transaction..

hmmm, it could be a test account/mode limitation. I think what happened is that we created the test accounts specifically to test the failed payment scenario but forgot to include the failed transaction fee
ok.. not surprised.. stripe missed the ability to test debiting negative balances as well..
I'd suggest writing in to Stripe Support to highlight this, but i don't think it's something that we're likely to fix in the near future : https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
