little swan
#

hmm, can you try the bank account that results in a dispute instead?

cobalt pulsar
#

I have also done that

#

to test thats scenario

#

i am not seeing the actual dispute charge or refund charge anywhere

#

I am seeing the dispute reversal

little swan
#

py_3M5KYCFmiG7YTVO20J1VWl2Q

#

the PI was actually pi_3M5KYCFmiG7YTVO20G8bySxX

little swan
#

are you specifically asking where to find the fees in the Stripe object?

cobalt pulsar
#

ahh.. missed the dispute fee against the balance transaction..

#

thanks.. and back to the original question.. any idea where that failed transaction fee would appear?

little swan
#

hmmm, it could be a test account/mode limitation. I think what happened is that we created the test accounts specifically to test the failed payment scenario but forgot to include the failed transaction fee

cobalt pulsar
#

ok.. not surprised.. stripe missed the ability to test debiting negative balances as well..

little swan
cobalt pulsar
#

would it just appear as a balance transaction with a stripe fee like disputes?

little swan
#

yep, it should

cobalt pulsar
#

yeah, not surprised..

#

ok.. I'll assume thats how it will work.. until it doesnt 🙂

little swan
#

sorry about that

cobalt pulsar
#

thanks, cya
