From looking at the screen shots, it appears that you have 2 accounts. The Payment Link associated with that request is on this account ending in Lv05n.

I see, one is in Test mode and the other is on Live mode. I was wrong initially.

ok so the payment is showing when i go to test mode
but is this then a problem for the payment ? tht its done in testmode? How does that work. becuse i have also not received it yet

heya, i'm stepping in for pgskc - if you've created the payment link in test mode, then the payment would naturally be in test mode i.e. test payments. If you've created the payment link in live mode, then you would really be collecting payment from your customers

And how long should it take? Because my client that used it before said normally its same day

testmode is meant for testing to ensure that things work correctly and as expected before going live
