I wish I could help but our team on discord doesn't have the tools or workflows to look into account issues. We primarily work with developers building apps using our APIs. Talking to our support team would be the best way to move forward.

You maybe able to chat with our support team or request a phone call if you're logged in to your account on above site. These options usually depend on the support volume though so if you don't see them right away then you'd want to try some time later.
on dashboard chat support and phone call is disabled. only mail option is there . i already submit two times
