So unfortunately there's not a current solution where you can redirect a customer to a url after payment and use Invoicing. If the redirect is a deal breaker, using Checkout and generating invoices yourself might be the best option
Thanks @copper thunder for your feedback. And do you have an explanation about why Stripe provides both solutions but none offer a complete experience in this type of case ?
Stripe have probably hundreds or thousands of customers who pay directly for a service, need an invoice (by email or whatever), and then offer a good customer experience with a come back option. No ?
We offer email receipts for payments that don't use invoices: https://stripe.com/docs/receipts
But not a way to redirect a user after payment with our Invoicing product
