Hi there!

#

Did you change your dashboard setting to 30 days?

bright canyon
#

yes..changed it on 11th of Nov

Got it. So I think you just need to wait for this setting to be applied to the next invoice. There's no API endpoint to update that immediately for all existing subscriptions.

Okay...So there is no possibility at all...

That's my understanding. But what is your end goal here? Because you could do that manually on your end: list all your existing subscriptions, and check when will they renew.

#

okay...
will give an example
A customer subscribed on 26th Nov 2021, and the renewal date was set to 07 days.
Now business requirement is to set from 07days to 30days, which we did from stripe dashboard. But the customer is still not received the renewal email yet.
I have just used 1 example, like wise non of the customers have got their renewal email 30days prior even though the stripe dashboard is updated to 30 days.

#

We dont have any platform where we can update this email trigger except stripe dashboard. So my question is anywhere from upcoming invoice endpoint to update the date(from 07 to 30 days) for all the subscriptions?
