What do you mean by "other accounts"?
If the Payment Intent was created from Invoice, you should be able to get the ID of the original invoice from the Payment Intent: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/object#payment_intent_object-invoice
This doesn't depend on the Payment Intent state.
