Hi there, what exactly changed?

plain girder
#

a subscription with 3 prices I just changed for three new prices

#

a Production Plan (3 prices) --> to a Basic Plan (3 prices)

#

just changed the cost of the prices and is lower (downgrade)

#

I asked yesterday to your teammate if I should do a schedule to accomplish this on downgrades to wait until the subsciption billing cycle changed to apply the changes but he said to me to evict schedulers for this and to use proration_behavior: "none" and billing_cycle_anchor: "unchanged"

OK, so you want the new prices to be effective in the starting of the next billing cycle, am I right?

yes

This sounds like a subscription schedule use case. You can create a schedule with a new phase, set the next billing date as the start_date, and add the updated prices in its items, so that the schedule can automatically update the prices when the new phase (next billing date) kicks in.
