I see, so you are using this card for SetupIntent, not PaymentIntent.

Note this test card is to block charges, so it's not effective for SetupIntent where charge doesn't happen.

so how does it validate a card in that case? if someone attempts to subscribe to my service and use setupIntent, then they potentially bypass the fraudulent card block?
