Okay, we have set up GBP currency as well. But if we collect money mostly in EUR and our GBP balance is 0 at the time, then is it still possible for the Connect user to withdraw the balance as there needs to be a conversion from EUR to GBP

There could be a case where the Connect user sold goods in EUR, but want to withdraw it as GBP in the end

Yes, conversion will happen when the payout currency is different.
