You can't use ACH debit because your account is based in Australia, you can consider using other payment methods (such as card) for your US customers.

https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/overview#bank-debits these are the available bank debits options. However, they are regional. For example, only US stripe account can use ACH debit to collect payments from US customers.

Hi Jack - I was just looking into GetBorderless who say they are able to integrate with Stripe. Are you familiar with any of their integrations?

There are many 3rd-party plugins, but I don't know how they implement the integrations.
