Are you seeing this with all Samsung devices? Or just a subset?
Have tested with two Samsung devices: A51 and S9
OS is up to date on both devices as well

What version of the Stripe Android SDK are you using?
We're not using the Android SDK, this is the web version on verify.stripe.com
The verification flow is working perfectly for iOS and non-Samsung Android users
Okay. That explains why I'm not seeing any references in our SDK.
Had someone test on a Note 9 and that worked, so it's only the Samsung A51 and Galaxy S9

Tried multiple verifications on both devices, should I file a bug somehow? Not sure how to do that as it's not a public github repo I think
And there's no chat/phone support for the Identity product ๐ค

This is via the "no code" dashboard solution, where we will eventually automate via API
I don't even see an Identity product in the No Code section

Another dev tested with Pixel and said it was "fine" but not sure to what extent

It looks like it may be broken for a small set of devices. I recreated a different experience on my device. My colleague tested and it worked on iPhone and Pixel 3. I have raised this with the team

Can you share your account ID (acct_xxx) that you used to write in? You can find your account ID by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123
