Do you have a request ID or Transfer ID I can look at?

we've been unable to transfer anything since Nov 11
before that we were able to do transfers
Taking a look now
It might be because you are on automatic payouts. Did you recently switch off of manual payouts?
we were always on automatic payouts
we payout on Tuesday
so on other days we were able to accumulate balance and there were enough in our balance to do transfers
Hmmm... Let me dig a moment and circle back
see before Nov 10, we were able to transfers
then Nov 10 rolls around and all the transfers started to fail
all failures
Alright, thanks for waiting
no worries
It looks like the Dashboard is not being accurately reflected in user balances from 07:55 Nov 13th to 04:05 Nov 14th UTC. We’ve determined that there is no gap in the underlying data, but the final balance is not being queried correctly. As a result, your Stripe balance was likely incorrect and the payouts/transfers failed for that reason.
It should be fixed now though, so can you try again?
we have a scheduled thread which does the transfers every day at 9pm. We'll check again tomorrow
my colleague and I are calling the GET https://api.stripe.com/v1/balance API. We consistently get different results. When I called it, i get a positive balance of 8751. When he calls it, he gets a negative balance of -932529
we made sure we are using the same API key,
we have no idea why this is
you're both calling the API at exactly the same time? Are one of you looking at the Dashboard?
not the dashboard
we are calling the API are different times, but close enough
we also called the API multiple times
we both get consistent results each time we call the API, but the results are different for each of us
Can you consistently reproduce? If so, can you send Request IDs for those 2 requests?
i'm not sure which one is mine and which one is his. The stripe logs doesn't indicated the body of th eGET
nm, i think the reason was my POSTman was overriding my live key with a inherited key from the collection
so sushidreams's results is the accurate one
we somehow have a negative balance of 93k on our account. we are not sure how that happend
because on our dashboard it shows we have +57k
9.3K not 93K
