I created an invoice. They paid and I delivered the product but now I got that mail I don’t know what’s going on I’m a freelancer. I create website cms for people

Why it says that I already delivered the product after payment

And my account is already banned
I sent all info to them about item price I talked with customer and all customer is even agreeing to talking about this payment I don’t know what’s going on
