yes , i am brand new to this have followed instructions to the letter, but cant get my +44 jersey number through the system .

Apologies for my lack of clarity, but my previous question was an either/or type question so I wasn't expecting an answer like yes. I'm currently trying to figure out if this is being done by an API-based integration (something that we can help look into), or if you're trying to provide this information via the Stripe dashboard in which case we may not be the best group to speak to.

sorry , not a tech wiz, my issue is that i have come via WooCommerce, and the stripe system is asking for my phone number to verify account , but wont allow it to happen . hope this helps.

It does help a bit, but I don't think we're going to be the right group to speak with. WooCommerce built and maintains their own integration, so we know very little about how it works and even less about how to use it.

I think there are two possible paths forward, but which one depends on how WooCommerce built their onboarding flow. If they're using our hosted onboarding experience, then contacting our Support team may be beneficial, but if WooCommerce built their own onboarding flow then you'll want to work directly with them. Since WooCommerce is the one that knows how they built their integration, I would recommend that you start by contacting the WooCommerce Support team to see what they advise.
