Do you have a webhook endpoint set up that is listening for events from your Connected Accounts rather than your Platform Account? Can you share the ID of an event you were expecting to be sent to an endpoint that wasn't?

yes I have a connect webhook endpoint set up for account.updated event, but if the account data get's modified in stripe dashboard only, i mean without any API request from our server, it does not fire any webhook event, I suppose,

That doesn't sound expected, can you share IDs of objects that you used for testing?
