We are applying coupons instead of promotion codes directly currently

I'm curious, do you know if cancelling the incomplete subscription removes the coupon?

It doesn't sadly. I have also tried voiding the subscription's latest invoice

I mean I haven't chcecked if it removes the coupon, but it definetely doesn't reduce the number of times it is redeemed

unfortunately it doesn't look like there's any workaround and it's just how the coupon system is implemented
