Oh, you're referring to the webhook signing secret that starts with the whsec prefix, that value is unique for each Webhook Endpiont that you create.

If you're creating these endpoints via the dashboard, then you'll want to look for the signing secret on the dashboard page for the given endpoint.

Start here to see a list of your endpoints: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks
Click on the webhook endpoint that you want to find the secret for, and then click Reveal underneath Singing secret
