Hello, I am thinking about this. Off of the top of my head, you could probably create Checkout Sessions or a Payment Link, convert their URL to a QR code, and send your users to that site to make payment

Hi Pompey, yeah that was our intent at start but problem is customer is at office desk and like 20 more people are waiting behind its long process first you have to get his phone number or email, than send it to him then again he need to enter his credit card manually in checkout it last way to long for our clients

#

is it PCI complient if we opent payment element (strip.js) in our system and let our emplyee enter credit card number cvc and expire date

#

that means customer will have to give card to our employee

#

and again if 3DS secure kicks in i guess customer will get some notification on mobile phone to complete it .. i am not sure what type of 3DS are avaialble but if he need to enter something like pin code or something on screen that that is problem since he doesnt see monitor

If you have a flow where your people are inputting card info, that would put a much higher PCI compliance burden on you. That is handling the raw card details yourself, so you would have the full PCI requirements on your company.

We do have a thing for situations where one of your people puts in the credit card details though it looks like it is mostly available in Europe (and still has those same PCI requirement)

#

Can I ask what countries you are working in here?

Gotcha, in that case it may be worth writing in to our support team and asking if MOTO is a good fit for your use case. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

#

Unfortunately I think these are basically the two main options until Terminal is available where you need it. Either directing your users to a website for payment or having your office desk people put in the numbers themselves

"We do have a thing for situations where one of your people puts in the credit card details though it looks like it is mostly available in Europe (and still has those same PCI requirement)" what did you mean by that

It is called MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order), and is intended for situations where the user gives their number out loud and it is typed in. It basically helps flags that you put in the details manually which affects PCI compliance. I think also means that banks won't require 3DS authentication on payments (as in they will either decide to allow or decline the payment immediately rather than requiring 3DS)
