With respect to the description in the Stripe Dashboard: "Stripe may have to pause payouts to these countries while any issues are resolved. This can happen without advance notice to your platform or connected accounts."

Does ‘pause payouts’ mean there is a chance the host would never receive a payout, or is this just about setting expectations that there may be unannounced disruptions to payouts?
Realistically how often do these disruptions occur?
is there a clear timeline on exiting beta status, specifically for Guatemala?
