I asked my dev team a while ago to enable this as we have customers in the Netherlands asking about it. They told me it would require a build.

However while just roaming around Stripe I noticed this option.

Can I just enable this manually on specific client's accounts without the need for us building out anything?

It depends a little bit on how your integration is set up already

Like are you using Payment Element with Automatic Payment Methods? Are you presenting in Euro?

Also, if you request new capabilities for a Connected Account we may request more information from that account holder so their account may be disabled until that further info is provided.

So I would really not recommend just requesting this on a live account if you don't really understand the repercussions.

They want iDeal, so I'm sure they'd be OK with that as long as we gave them some warnings and Stripe were responsive.

K yeah it looks like you are just using Card Element or using the Card Form with the Mobile SDKs, so no you aren't already set up to handle iDEAL and it would indeed take adding some pieces.
