I don't think the API supports this currently. Can you provide more information on why you'd want to do that?

if it's a Connect account can you still send Transfers to it is the main question
It depends on if the transfers capability is impacted and is disabled as well.
so it might be disabled but transfers might still work?
yeah that is my understanding. I've not tested this workflow personally though, so I can say I'm 99% sure.
