as I said, it's likely to be something specific to your Chrome profile. Sometimes you can be "rate limited" by Chrome if you visit a page using Google Pay a lot in a short period of time(when developing a website) which can cause the option to not appear. If you wait a while or use a different Chrome profile that can help.

In Stripe documentation it says chrome version and payment method

My chrome version is compatible and I've already added payment method earlier. Now the payment method is there but I cant see an option to add or remove payment method when visiting https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/paymentmethods

your site is fine to me, and you don't write your own payments code(you use WooCommerce) so there really isn't anything I can help with here, it's more of something specific to your own browser. If you consistently see complaints from real customers that they can't pay with that option you can a) investigate your WooCommerce settings b) reach out to Stripe support

Rate limiting is not an issue in my case because we've integrated this G pay few years ago..now one of our customer reported an issue with Gpay payment then I try to check the Gpay payment..so there is no chance to rate limit
