When you create the Connected Account are you setting country?
If not, we use your platform's country
I’m not sure but maybe I selected the US by accident. It won’t let me go back to change it
And when you tap on Update info it only lets you enter US info, but you need to enter CA info?

Lol been waiting on a response since this morning. The guy wrote back and said contact woocommerce it’s there issue so I replied with screenshots and then no one replied
I don't think this is a WooCommerce thing, as it's about your Stripe account. I recommend replying again and explaining in more detail what the issue is.
