You mean creating connected account in those countries or just accept payments ?

Just to be able to accept payments and bank transfers locally in those countries

We have some clients that would like to enable different payment options for these countries, so need to be able to accept say a bank transfer from a bank that is local to these countries

If the customer has an international credit card then I think they can. Despite for bank transfers not sure, as there is some local constraints AFAIK.
