I'm only an engineer, I'm not very knowledgeable on what to do here...
When you say "loads of subscriptions", how many are you talking about specifically? Like, are they programmatically creating this subscriptions? Or manually?
Does it seem like an intentional attack? Or could it be the result of something else?
I have 1 customer, who has initiated 3 disputes from his bank, but they're all from different email addresses
3 isn't a crazy number, but I only got 1 dispute in all of last year
Now 3 in the space of 20 minutes today
And each one is charging me £25
If they're all for the same card, then you can denylist that card using a Radar rule: https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules
Other than that, I'm not sure what else can be done as I'm not up-to-date on dispute requirements and handling. Our support folks may know of other solutions outside of Radar though: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email

I'm not from stripe , but I'm just curious , how did the customer dispute £25. Did he pay from card and then dispute. ? If yes , how does he benefit from paying actual money. Is this really an attack ? (Just thinking out loud)
