Unfortunately not, to split how much you payout between multiple connected accounts, you would need to create a transfer to each account.

I think you could technically do a destination charge with one account as a destination and then create transfers for the rest, but we recommend doing separate transfers for each

Yes, exactly. With separate charges and transfers the fee isn't something you pass in, your fee is whatever funds you don't transfer away
