What's the questions?

how can we automatically create products with variable amounts. It can be different amounts that we collect daily, weekly or monthly depending on the order volumes of the customer.
Which Stripe payment UI are you using? Elements? Checkout? But the general answer is 'use the API' (I'd need more specifics).

how can we give a mandate to collect; what is needed for this?
A mandate for what? A recurring payment method?

it is not possible to collect 10k without an agreement for example, how do you capture this?

Mollie is also approving our business model

We have retailers with for example Deens.nl who is selling their own products and a couple of brands like The Gift Label or Bazarbizar.be.

You do support companies like Convictional, Onport as well right?

I don't know, are they? I don't have a index of every Stripe merchant on the internet (there's a few)
