Can you give me a bit more context on your integration? Are you using Stripe Connect? Stripe Apps? Something else?

One of our customer completed connect account flow and the scope is read_write

When we make profiles list api call using the account, it works as expected and provide results

okay so as far as I can tell you are not using Connect. You built a Stripe App instead and your app has the wrong permissions
