Our customer said that 3d secure modal didn't open, but a message error has been shown instead
I see. did they provide any additional information on the error they saw?
The error was something like "Unable to authenticate your payment method, try with another method"
By Stripe Logs what i can see is "The provided PaymentMethod has failed authentication. You can provide payment_method_data or a new PaymentMethod to attempt to fulfill this PaymentIntent again."
Ah I see. I'm also seeing the same thing on my end.
I'd recommend checking with our support team about this as they can look into it with a broader context
