Can you provide more information on the type of integration you have as well as what have you tried so far?

the payment methods that we activated were: Oxxo, SPEI, CC. However, they were not active, we need them to be activated forever in all our recurring billing and for all our clients.

I'm sorry, not sure I follow. The dashboard shows these are active.
Are you not seeing these methods show up in a checkout session or something?
